Ponekada se \u010dovjek jednostavno mora “iskop\u010dati” i uzeti malo vremena za sebe. Nema tako dugo na Fotonauk web stranici napisao sam blog post o dobrobiti bavljenja fotografijom za zdravlje<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. Upravo taj efekt sam danas osjetio… Flow stanje, osloba\u0111anje od stresa s fotoaparat u ruci i tra\u017eenje motiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kako to fotografiranje utje\u010de na nas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fotografija zahtijeva istovremenu upotrebu tehnike (postavke aparata) i estetike (kadriranje), \u0161to znanstveno dokazano pobolj\u0161ava radnu memoriju, \u0161to opet pridonosi mentalnoj o\u0161trini<\/strong>. Vizualna meditacija<\/strong> najbolje se o\u010dituje kroz\u00a0fokusiranje kroz tra\u017eilo. To djeluje kao oblik\u00a0mindfulnessa<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 mozak se \u201cisklju\u010duje\u201d iz svakodnevnih briga i fokusira isklju\u010divo na svjetlo i kompoziciju. Osje\u0107aj emocionalnog postignu\u0107a<\/strong>\u00a0javlja se iz \u010dinjenice da stvorimo novu fotografiju. Upravo to, ne\u0161to novo, lu\u010di dopamin, \u0161to dugoro\u010dno gradi otpornost na simptome depresije i anksioznosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fotografija djeluje kao vizualna meditacija. Kada tra\u017eite dobar kadar, dolazite u stanje \u201cflow-a\u201d <\/strong>\u2013 stanje potpune zadubljenosti u rad<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studije pokazuju da to stanje\u00a0sni\u017eava razinu kortizola<\/strong>\u00a0(hormona stresa) jer mozak prestaje \u201cvrtjeti\u201d brige o budu\u0107nosti ili pro\u0161losti i fokusira se isklju\u010divo na sada\u0161nji trenutak i tra\u017eenje motiva. Poti\u010de lu\u010denje dopamina, hormona sre\u0107e<\/strong>\u00a0koji se javlja kada vidimo uspje\u0161no napravljenu fotografiju<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tra\u017ee\u0107i motive, danas sam se potpuno prepustio osje\u0107aju i znati\u017eelji, ne paze\u0107i ni na kakav niz u Foto projektu 365. Situacija je bila jednostavna… zelenilo, obla\u010dan dan i dovoljno difuznog svjetla za opu\u0161teno fotografiranje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otvor blende sam odabirao ovisno o motivu, od 2.8 do 11. Kako je danas sve bilo u opu\u0161tenom modu, tako sam i fotografirao. Prioritet otvora blende (A) bio je upravo ono \u0161to mi je trebalo, uz samo poneku laganu korekciju ekspozicije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
